Kimberly Hairston-Hicks is an award-winning C-suite marketing executive with 20 years of global beauty industry experience, known for leading with empathy, purpose, and service. Her leadership philosophy centers on empowering people, elevating underrepresented voices, and building brands that genuinely care for the communities they serve.

Prior to joining Sanofi, Kimberly held senior leadership roles at Coty, L’Oréal, and The Coca-Cola Company, and served as Chief Marketing Officer for a multicultural hair-care portfolio backed by L Catterton, where she was as committed to developing people as she was to driving growth.

She holds an MBA from Clark Atlanta University and a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Kean University. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Kimberly actively supports several nonprofit organizations.
